Drop everything that is empty and pick up the meaningful.

You know, it is so easy to let schedules get jam-packed.
Before you know it, there is barely time in the day for sleeping.

Why do we do that?

What is the point in wearing ourselves out to the point of exhaustion?
Why do parents do this to their kids?
Why do we do it to ourselves?

Drop everything that is empty and pick up the meaningful.

Simple statement, yet hard to do.

Just my thought for the day.
